I had about 20 pints of ale for afternoon tea, dinner & supper. School reunion and all that ****. My bowels are producing more marsh gas than a herd of cows right now. Happy days.

I tend to respond to food commercials and last night I got a footlong Italian Hero from Subway. Not bad but not nearly as good as The Original Italian from Jersey Mike's.

I only have McDonald's when it is convenient / only game in town, and tonight was one of those nights. Had a quarter pounder with cheese - without the cheese - value meal (**** for the *****). So bummed they did away with that limited (Smokehouse?) sandwich - the club with bacon, and a sauce. THAT was actually worth going there for.

Had some BBQ Pork Ribs, Asparagus, and Garlic Bread cooked at home.

Baked potatoes with a salad and fish. Here's how you make the best baked potatoes ever. You dice the raw potato and cook it for 10 minutes it in vegetable stock, than you bake it with some salt and pepper and a few minutes before serving it you add some garlic and rosemary.

On Friday it was Fish Friday getting another Captain's Special at H. Salt. Last night we had Pepperoni, Sausage, and Mushroom Pizza from the Dominos. Tonight it's gonna be KFC.

Last night it was Penne Alfredo with Chicken from CostCo. Great big container that was cheap. Most importantly, sure was good.

Nephew came up to spend some time (needed a place to crash) with Uncle Bob. No problem with me but he's going to do the cooking. He pounded out a couple of chicken cutlets and parmed them up. Really thick and covered up 3/4 of the plate. A little spaghetti and time to ******. Half of mine went into the leftover container to make co-workers jealous at lunch time.

Last night I ate a ton of Sushi too.

I do crock potting. Because I am a lazy bitch, and I am too busy as well. :2 cents:

So...I made this stuff with shoulder roast, red and green peppers, snap peas, green beans and various sundry spices. I call it "Maildude's Dilemma."
It turned out pretty good. :clap:

Next I will crock another roast, but with quartered potatoes, cream of mushroom soup, red onions, and possibly turnips.
