Ronda Rousey Criticised For ‘No Lube’ Comments

UFC Champion Ronda Rousey has been criticised by the pleasure product industry after comments she made in a sex column for Maxim where she claimed couples should “never need lube in their lives”, according to AVN.
Now, sure, I think that these companies make a good point and certainly there are bound to be people out there who need to use it. It’s a silly blanket statement by Ronda that is also a bit thoughtless towards many women.
But here’s my take on this. Why is Ronda Rousey penning a sex advice column for anyone? All due respect to her because, you know, she could hammer me into the ground with one punch, quite probably.
However, you know. She’s an MMA fighter. Why not hire someone who works in the sex industry? You’re not going to get a porn star to do a column advising people how to put on a decent armbar, are you?
