If you are enough determined, objective and tenacious and can point that there are some users who have channels who shouldn't be authorized for example by having racist, xenophobic, murder encouraging or race baiting content then with a very good lawyer you can win against google by saying and proving in court with concrete examples that they have a twisted and selective attitude regarding the content they delete and regarding the freedom of speech. Not saying it is impossible but you never know
No, it's not possible. You're not getting it.
1. When you create an account, you agree to their terms and conditions. One of which being that they can ban you, remove your videos, and delete your channel without warning. You've already agreed to that. Google basically did what they told you they could do. You would have no legal ground to stand on.
2.And claiming that something worse already exists on YouTube is not a valid defense. Pointing out videos that you believe are are more offensive is completely subjective. What you find objectionable may be perfectly reasonable to someone else. All that matters in the end is whether or not those videos violate the terms of service. If they don't, then there would not be any grounds to delete them.
3. Google is a service just like Facebook, Twitter, or even FreeOnes. If someone doesn't adhere to their policies, they have the right to take action against you. In short, if they don't want you to use their service, they don't have to let you. It's that simple.
4. You're not going to get a better lawyer than Google. They had $12.9 billion in profit just last year. I'm pretty sure they could use some of that to put together a damn good defense team.
