The main pictured above is probably the biggest danger to sex workers and porn performers, both professional and amateur, alive today.
This is Michael Weinstein, the president of AIDS Healthcare Foundation, and the driving force behind the push to have all porn shoots in California to be subject to compulsory condom use.
But at a press conference held by him this week, AVN reveals that he wants to go quite a significant step further by allowing private citizens to sue porn performers for not wearing condoms during a shoot.
Now, I had to read that more than once just in case my eyes were deceiving me – but sadly, they are not. If you watch a porn movie or live cam show containing hardcore sexual content that is shot in California, you will be able to sue the performer(s) if they are not wearing a condom.
What more is there to be said about that. It pretty much speaks for itself. Somebody has to stop this man.
