Brooklyn Gray is an incoming freshman at college and she is having a hard time finding the place she is going to be staying. She has directions but she doesn't think it looks right but she knocks on the door anyway and is welcomed by Olive Glass, another new student. The place is gorgeous because Olive, a nervous talker, has already decorated the house in a week including her room. As the new friends continue to get to know each other, Olive just blurts out "So, have you ever kissed a girl?" Brooklyn acts nervous but answers that she has and that she really likes it The conversation suddenly turns into a slow burn seduction as Olive and Brooklyn both start talking in low breathy tones. The tension must be broken and suddenly they start to kiss. Playfully at first and turning more passionate and deep as time goes by, leading to an exceptionally passionate scene. Hell of a First Day of College I'd say. Clarissa (Kenna James) meditates as she talks to herself about how it is a good thing to run away from your problems. She later meets a woman who will change her mindset, her beautiful new roommate, Joyce (Adira Allure). Joyce is quite standoffish and short with Clarissa when Clarissa tries to get to know her a bit by asking questions. Joyce thinks Clarissa is the popular cheerleader 'mean girl' type from her small town in Nebraska. Joyce learns just how wrong she was about Clarissa, when Clarissa explains that she was actually the weird girl in her school. Joyce was also the weird girl and thinks they may have just becomes best friends before they lean in for a giggly kiss. Theodora Day is a freshman arriving at her dorm to start college, but she's faced with the predicament that Freya Parker is inhabiting her room, almost like a squatter. Freya doesn't want to leave the luxurious room for the budget rooms, but her parents stopped paying for the upgraded dorm room. Resident adviser Spencer Bradley has previously assigned Freya to move out to another room, and puts her foot down, ordering the girl to leave. That solves the problem for now, but Theodora is depressed, away from home at her parents' insistence that she go away to college, and her girlfriend back home has dropped her, unwilling to have a long-distance relationship. Empathetic Spencer tries to build the youngster's confidence, but the mutual (and flirty) flattery leads to Bradley departing from her professional avoidance from fraternizing with the students, and kissing leads to accelerating intimacy. Now, the girl who previously occupied newbie Theodora's dorm room, Freya Parker, returns, and threatens her. "From now on you can call me boss. And I run this house, and if I want something, I'll take it", Freya informs her. "You don't scare me", Day retorts. "Well, you should be scared. I still have the key to your room", Freya notes. Once again, Bradley comes to the rescue, but her attempt to get Freya to tow the line is complicated by the fact that the two of them are involved sexually. "You can't quit me", Freya tells Spencer after Theodora leaves. "We're not in a relationship", Spencer insists. "All you girls keep flinging yourselves at me! It's hard to resist but I have to. From now on, me and you are just friends. And if I keep seeing you bully the new girls, I'm going to have to put you in Allen Hall", Spencer informs her. Spencer acquiesces to giving her one last kiss goodbye. "The way you kiss is incredible", Spencer murmurs after the smooch, and soon the pair is in the sack, making love. What Spencer doesn't realize is that Freya has a trick up her sleeve - a surveillance camera recording their every move!
