An Easy Way to Give Feedback to FreeOnes!
Do you have feedback that you’d love to give FreeOnes? Do you have a suggestion for a feature that you’d think would be really cool? Did you find a bug you’d like to report? Do you need help with the site or your account? We now have an area of the site you can leave feedback for us instead of having to use the contact form!
Who Can Use the Feedback Form?
Any FreeOnes member who is logged in will be able to create feedback or upvote someone else’s post.
If you have feedback you’d like to give and don’t have an account, you can create one for free here!
What Kind of Feedback Can I Give?
Are you wondering what kind of feedback you can give? Currently there’s 4 options.
Feature request: if you want a certain feature we’re lacking, big or small, you can choose this category!
Bug report: found something that doesn’t work on the site? Create a bug report!
Website help: if you’re looking for help with the site or your account, you can create a post here. The neat thing is by making the request public, you’re maybe helping someone else that has the same question!
Uncategorized: if the categories mentioned above doesn’t fit your post, just choose this one! Admin may create a new category or help you categorize it.
What Title Should I Give?
Make your title descriptive! There are examples already added, shown in the screen shot above! But it could be as simple as “the forum link in the menu doesn’t work” or “I’d like to be able to give credits to models”.
What Goes in the Details of the Post?
Great question! This is where you can get really descriptive and let us know everything about the feedback you’re leaving.
Feature request: this can be very simple. “I want a purple site theme” or “let me request site reviews”. Or you can go into depth on exactly how you imagine a feature working. The more details and description, the better we can envision the feature and get it right!
Bug report: a screen shot (which you can add by clicking the little image icon next to the submit feedback button) and a clear description of the problem really helps the tech team recreate the problem and solve it. “it’s broken” really doesn’t help anyone! In fact, writing out exact steps helps tons! (mclaneedgers.com)
Example – silver member getting charged to download photo sets.
- I’m logged into my account as a silver member
- I go to this photo gallery – /photos/nasty-brunette-bitch-chanel-brooks-gags-and-deepthroats-a-big-meatpole
- I click the photo gallery button
- I get the overlay saying it’s 100 credits
- I say ok and I get charged even though I’m a silver member
THESE types of steps are invaluable because it allows us to recreate the situation! Links and screen shots are also always invaluable as is information such as location in the world (country is enough), browser, and device.
Website help: this is pretty much the same as the bug report. The more information you can give us, the better our customer support can help!
Upvote the Posts You Like!
See a feature that you think would be cool? How about a bug that was reported that you have trouble with as well? While you’re logged in to your account you can upvote a post!
All you have to do to upvote is click on the little triangle above the number of upvotes a post has!
The plans of the FreeOnes team is to use the feature requests as a guideline on what should be programmed next. So if there’s an overwhelming reaction from our users, it’s almost guaranteed that we’ll be looking at working on that particular feature next!
And of course for bugs and site help requests we can help identify problems and pain points. The more feedback we can get from you, the better we can make the site!
