I'm not sure if anybody ever made the connection but I'm pretty sure this person came back a couple of times later on.
Correct me if I'm wrong but I think she's in the current multi-cam release (PHGC 31) with short blonde hair & a dreamcatcher tattoo.
She's obviously aged & acquired a few new tattoos but her facial characteristics (and her tits that you rarely see) seem to match.
