Well Newt, I took a shower and got a job. In fact, I drove 1,760 miles in my Kia, with 200,000 already on the odometer to get to the job. I then worked my ass off, to the point that I was recognized as one of the best of my colleagues. And then I collected my check and found out that I was being paid $5 an hour. Context is everything, BC. Obama was talking more about personal responsibility in that speech than he was trying to teabag Vegas. Poorly worded? Hell yes. Sinister? Hell no.

Obama admonished corporations using federal bailout money: "You can't go take a trip to Las Vegas or go down to the Super Bowl on the taxpayer's dime." A year later, Obama warned families against gambling away college tuition: "You don't blow a bunch of cash in Vegas when you're trying to save for college."

Don't know, don't care. Ain't nobody on this earth going to stop people from gambling, in Vegas or otherwise. I'm talking about the maggots who control our lives. The dealing community in general and the poker dealers in particular are virtually in chains, shackled to oars, while the fuck-sticks who run the show make massive profits off of our expertise.

It's one thing if you're a Hold 'Em dealer only. But when you can sit down to any table, any time and deal Pot Limit Omaha, Deuce - Seven Triple Draw, Badugi, Badeucy, Ace - Five Single Draw, Big O; when you can instantly and efficiently split a $75,000 pot 3 ways (including quartering), when you can switch gears between limits and games for the next 8 hours without any breaks (bathroom or otherwise), when you can put up with assholes and bitches like Mike Matusow, Annie Duke, Cindy Viollette (who is a stuck up, obnoxious wench), Phil Hellmuth; when you can get a round of applause from Todd Brunson and "Devilfish" Ulliot; I would say that you are worth more than $2 less than the Federally mandated minimum wage.
