I believe we are all most interested in the girl on the left. She is definitely called "Tina" by the camera man in the movie, which is probably her *real* name. "Alicia" is probably an alias she chose to go by for the site, but due to carelessness the real name is slipped in the movie. Aliases are definitely used. Some dude from one of the episodes is actually some ex-college football player named Chase Mejia and he goes by "Brody" in the movie.
"Tina/Alicia" is definitely a looker, like too beautiful for porn attractive, and admittedly I have casually tried to get some more on her from time to time, like a post somewhere on the internet of someone revealing, "I totally know this chick, blah blah blah" and link to her facebook, etc.
The girl to whom the ass on the right belongs isn't bad either, but nothing special, not to mention her chemistry and footage with the guy she was with were terrible in the movie.
You're not going to get anymore than maybe some Facebook pictures sometime down the line, because it's pretty safe to say this is the only thing she's been in.
