Comic Book Men Season 2

The Comic Book Men season 2 premiere episode is entitled “Stash Bashes.” According to the AMC description for the episode, “Walt and the guys decide to throw a birthday party at the Stash. One customer comes in with a larger then life Darth Vader Helmet.”
Comic Book Men features Michael Zapcic, Ming Chen, Kevin Smith, Walt Flanagan and Bryan Johnson. Not much is known yet about the upcoming season, but if the Comic Book season 2 sneak peek photos below offer any clue, then we can expect to see a lot of Ming Chen.

Another bit of good news about Comic Book Men season 2 is that it has been revealed that Stan Lee will be a guest on one of the episodes. And instead of just a cameo like in the movies, the early word is that fans will be treated to a lot of Stan Lee in the episode that he appears. The Comic Book Men season 2 premiere airs on Sunday, October 14 starting at 11:30 PM ET on AMC.

I started watching the first episode of the this show,and I had to turn it off.It's fucking horrible!

I'm sick of all of these fake ass Pawn Stars wannabe shows that have seemed to pop up lately.

The thing is,I actually like Kevin Smith,but this show is nothing but a cash grab that's banking on the popularity of Pawn Stars.He should just go back to making movies like Red State.

but it's kevin smith- i think the show is funny, i never seen pawn stars but i am guessing it is as bad as those shows that buy the storage lockers.... but aren't auction hunters, ton jones and allen are the best those other shows are pathetically awful.
someone in my house had pawn stars on just now (as i am typing this) i think there is a marathon on. some black lady wanted to sell a purse and she gave the store clerk/manager a bunch of shit because the price is too low. it's just awful tv.
but Comic book men is funny, i love it!

That's the thing,I didn't really find it all that funny.It seemed way too set up and staged and just came across as fake and lifeless.

i definitely think it is set up. it has to be made "cleaner" for tv. but i don't doubt that the comic guys really do low ball on everything they want and are honest about it's worth. (before tv people get their hands on the segment)
