Cleopatra Coleman (born 29 October 1987) is an Australian actress who lives in Los Angeles, California. She is best known for playing Erica on the American comedy series The Last Man on Earth.
Coleman was born in Wentworth Falls, to a Jamaican-born mother, Turquoise Coleman, and an Australian father, Mick Coleman, and grew up in the alternative community of Byron Bay, New South Wales. Her first television parts were in a Direct Factory Outlets commercial and Silversun.
In 2005, Coleman was featured in the US Sci Fi Channel television movie Attack of the Sabretooth, with Robert Carradine. She is also a professional dancer who has appeared with the Tony Bartuccio Dancers in The Rocky Horror Stage Show, Dancing with the Stars, and The Footy Show finale in 2005.
In 2006, Coleman was cast in the recurring role of Glenn Forrest in Neighbours.[1] Coleman has appeared in other Australian television programs, including Blue Heelers, Holly's Heroes, Wicked Science and season 3 of City Homicide.
In 2008, Coleman appeared in the television series Elephant Princess and in stage productions of Simon Stephens's Motortown with Melbourne's Red Stitch Actors Theatre and Antics with Ezy-Peezy Productions. In 2009, Coleman appeared in a guest role in the television series "City Homicide". In 2010, she spent three months in Los Angeles securing representation, and then returned to Australia for a guest role in the television series Rush. In 2011, Coleman co-wrote, executive-produced, and starred in the short film Trains, the first project for Coleman/Coleman productions, created by
Cleopatra Coleman and her father, Mick Coleman. In the same year, she was cast as DJ Penelope in Step Up: Revolution, a film released on 27 July 2012. In 2012, she was featured in music videos by Nervo ("You're Gonna Love Again") and Far East Movement ("Change Your Life"). In 2014, Coleman was featured in a music video by Galantis ("Runaway (U & I)").
In 2014, Coleman was cast as a regular cast member in the Fox comedy series The Last Man on Earth. She plays the role of Erica.[2]

Biography
Cleopatra Coleman is an Australian actress, born in Wentworth Falls, New South Wales. She is known mostly for her television work which has spanned over the last 13 years, and is currently a series regular on Fox’s revolutionary post-apocalyptic comedy The Last Man On Earth. Cleopatra also has a background in modeling and dance, spending most of her teens competing in eisteddfods across the country. Her first break came at 15, when she was cast in the teen ensemble sci-fi Silversun. She then went on to star in multiple lead and guest starring roles on television in Australia, including Neighbours, City Homicide, Silversun, Wicked Science, Blue Heelers and Rush to name a few. Since relocating to Los Angeles, she has featured in films such as the wildly popular dance franchise Step Up: Revolution and Fear Clinic starring horror legend Robert England. Her mother is a Jamaican beauty therapist with a background in costume design and her father is an Australian of Scottish descent who is a screenwriter, musician and editor. Cleopatra grew up in the idyllic beachside town of Byron Bay, an iconic place known for it’s creative community as well as it’s spectacular beaches and rainforests. She now resides in Los Angeles.
