Monique DeMoan, although she does appear to have used the name Cheyenne, she did not starred in the Emmanuelle 2000 series according to her IMDb page:

Well, Monique DeMoan was in Emmanuelle 2000: Emmanuelles Paradise. I think imdb has wrong cast list at this one! Other sites seem to have the right credit to the right actress!

It appears that you are correct. IMDb seem to have the wrong actress for Emmanuelle 2000: Emmanuelles Paradise. Glad you found the right actress afterall!
