I finally saw a before pic of Love Gisele. Her new boobies are perhaps the best I've seen. Course, she looks like a totally different person compared to her original look. Cute & sexy before. To answer the OP's questions, always go with silicone!! The incision should be through the areola. I have seen the results on a girlfriend of mine, and the improvement was by 1000%!! Gotta pick a good doctor too that has tons of pictures to show. :thumbsup:

natural is best, in my own humble opinion. i very much prefer a real a or b cup to a fake c or d cup.
and maybe someone here can answer this - is there any loss of sensitivity when an implant is done?

& the sex may be more frequent or carefree if she likes the result.
