That’s right, the FreeOnes Interviews are back and are set to become a regular feature again. We have two more of your favourites lined up to field our probing questions in the next couple of weeks, so keep your eyes peeled for those.

Today, however, we are delighted to kick off the return of our interviews with the wonderful Liz Rainbow. Liz is one of our absolute favourite babes and she, as expected, proved to be so much fun and so interesting to talk to.

Here’s what we asked her – and here’s what she told us!

FreeOnes: Hi Liz, would you like to give a quick introduction to yourself?

Liz: My name is Liz Rainbow and I am from Spain.

FreeOnes: How did you get started in the industry and what prompted the decision to go into adult entertainment?

Liz: I am a model, showgirl and a pornstar. I started SFW modeling at 14 years old and once I became 18 I started doing NSFW modeling. I always wanted to be a pornstar so at 18 years old I started doing webcamming, I became a stripper and got into the porn world performing in Porn Fairs and getting ready to film my first movies in 2013 for a project called Xposure TV produced by Conrad Son. My first porn fair was in 2013 and it was called Primavera Porn. It was a cool experience so I decided to perform in more events of this kind.

After this I worked for so many years in the Festival Erotico de Alicante, Salón Erótico de Barcelona, Salón Erótico de Madrid, Salón Erótico de Murcia, Erosporto, Ertos Latvia, Feria Erotica de Almeria, Salon de l’Erotisme, etc.

FreeOnes: What has been the response of your friends and family to your career choice? Was it as you expected or were you surprised by the response?

Liz: My friends always admired that I do what I always said I wanted to do and I became a succesful pornstar. For my family it was more difficult but nowadays they understand that porn makes me happy so they are ok with it.

FreeOnes: Many adult models and porn stars these days balance their careers between producing their own content on platforms such as OnlyFans and shooting with companies. How do you manage the balance between the two sides to your work and do you prefer either?

Liz: I prefer shooting for companies but I sometimes produce my own content. I produce mostly custom content but I made my own big productions. I don’t like producing amateur stuff so I prefer to stick to high quality productions if I have to create something for myself. So many preparations are needed for self-productions.

Producing, acting, directing and organizing your own movie takes a lot of energy and more because you can’t see what the cameramen record and can’t direct properly. Being an actress for other people and focus my 100% on trying to perform what they have in mind is much less stressing for me and I feel better because I don’t have to worry about more than performing the best I can. I enjoy both sides (acting and making content) but I like to keep my live between 90% acting for other people and 5% producing for myself.

FreeOnes: Recently we’ve seen the fast growth of AI technology generating porn. Does this development concern you and has it already affected your own work and career?

Liz: I am concerned about AI but I like to see real people doing real things and the majority of people too. There are products for different consumers. AI can be used in so many other things apart from creating porn and can be useful for a lot of business strategies as long as it is regulated and limited.

FreeOnes: Who would you say is your best friend within the industry?

Liz: My best friend in the industry in Venom Evil 🙂

FreeOnes: Do you regard yourself as a workaholic or do you have time for any hobbies or other pastimes? If so, what are they?

Liz: I am a total workaholic but I like to find time to go out to a park, party, a gig or for a walk with friends.

FreeOnes: How much work did you do during Covid lockdowns and how did you find that experience?

Liz: I worked a bit less on Covid lockdowns, the worst was how many Covid tests I had to do for working outside.

FreeOnes: Before you got into the industry, did you watch porn? If so, did you use what you saw to prepare yourself for your first scene?

Liz: Before I got into the industry I used to watch porn but never used what I saw in the videos. If I learnt something new It was just making porn or just having sex but never looking at porn before my career started. I learned a lot just by myself!

FreeOnes: We’ve heard many stories from former adult stars who have found it difficult to transition into a different job or position after leaving porn. Is that something that you think about or are you too happy in your job to contemplate it?

Liz: I sometimes like doing non-adult related jobs as a hobby and when I wanted to work I never had a problem. I will never stop making porn anyway. I love my job!

FreeOnes: Have you been able to live out any specific fantasies on camera? If so, what were they?

Liz: I lived a lot of fantasies on camera. Being naked, fucked, tied up on the street, being exposed to strangers in the street in a safe environment, being masturbated in a massage, fucking big dicks, fucking legends from porn and learning new positions, playing with my BDSM limits… there are so many!

FreeOnes: You shoot custom videos for your fans. What’s the strangest request you’ve had and shot for a video?

Liz: The strangest requests that I got for custom videos were crushing rabbits, swallowing live fish and swallowing marbles. I said no to all of them for obvious reasons!

FreeOnes: Are you a big music fan? If so, what’s on regular rotation on your Spotify right now?

Liz: I am a big music fan. Lately my Spotify goes between tekno, psytrance, postpunk, industrial, metal and EBM.

FreeOnes: Are you a big movie and TV watcher? If so, what are some of your favourites? Or do you prefer video games?

Liz: I don’t watch TV and I don’t play video games. I stopped watching TV when I was a teenager. I own a TV anyway and I sometimes watch some movies or documentaries. I don’t play video games as they took too much time from my life but I stopped about 3 years ago. I prefer real life I guess!

FreeOnes: Do you have plans or aspirations in the immediate or longer term future?

Liz: My plans for the immediate and longer future are working hard for more companies and making more amazing movies.
