International Business Times has reported that porn site xHamster has been the victim of a concerted malware infection campaign by cyber-criminals.
Your computer could have been infected simply by visiting the site and not having some of your plugins up-to-date. And if you’re like me and you can never be bothered to update them, you could be in serious danger!
It’s unclear exactly what steps xHamster have taken to get rid of this issue although both Malwarebytes and TrafficHaus were both quick to respond to the attacks. Just tread carefully when you’re visiting!
