Larry Flynt Dies, Age 78

Many of us wouldn’t be here, on this site, if it wasn’t for Larry Flynt.
The founder of Hustler and outspoken advocate of free speech, not to mention an LGBTQ ally and staunch opponent of Republican politics, is one of the most important figures in the history of pornography.
The subject of a superb biopic, where he was played to acclaim by Woody Harrelson, Flynt transcended porn and was a mainstream figure of importance and high standing.
His influence and voice will be hugely missed. Rest in peace, Larry.
